News - Virgin Control Mongers !!

Been a while since the last update but this is an interesting thing that our good friendly ISP Virgin Media have done recently.
Since they introduced traffic monitoring to its customers on limits of uploads and downloads between 16:00 to 21:00 every night, now Once again they have changed it by adding even more restictions.

I only noticed the news myself after browsing through the Broadband forums and was quite shock on what I had just seen I just laughed.

Before I shock you with their new timetable I would advice the window of downloading would be ideal between 21:00 to 10:00

I will not link the Virgin Media time table site where I got this table from but I shall link to the cable broadband forums where this is dicussed in more updated detail.

It is a nice table has you can see but if you notice the lower the package you have the more your restricted to in the limit amount, this could make the VM customer go for an higher package by adding more change into VM's pocket.
I could go into more context on what this table could mean or what are VM true intentions but this is WokkaWorld not nag world :).

Thats not all UK ISP's have been upto over the last months, with Virgin partnership with BPI regaring net usage to BT love with Phorm.
More on these stories can be found on the http://www.cableforum.co.uk/ forums, I do suggest checking the forum out its great for info.
